Rebranded the entire Jeffrey digital experince, overseeing the creative and digital strategy from inception to execution, including a successful pitch in NYC with Jeffrey and his team. Revamped the entire website, created marketing materials, and established a digital design strategy that tied into the store look and feel.
Role Led day-to-day creative marketing and eCommerce updates for Jeffrey’s website. Responsibilities Collaborated with the photo team to ideate and concept photo shoots. Led the copy and design work for weekly emails and website updates. Acted as Jeffrey’s internal creative agency, managing the full creative process from start to finish. Outcome Delivered marketing and eCommerce updates that aligned with Jeffrey’s brand, enhancing the overall digital experience and maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all digital channels.
CAMPAIGN
Challenge Needed to create a visually engaging marketing campaign using existing product photography instead of a custom photoshoot. Approach Sourced imagery with a focus on spring greenery to add a fresh and vibrant contrast to the simple product shots. Developed a clean, modern visual aesthetic that highlighted both the product and the seasonal theme. Outcome Created a cohesive and eye-catching campaign that effectively introduced new brands while working within the constraints of existing assets.

Challenge Redesign Jeffrey’s digital experience from start to finish, while collaborating with his outsourced agency for point-of-sale, IT, and digital platforms. Approach Conducted in-depth interviews with Jeffrey and his trusted employees to gather insights, guiding the creative and strategic direction.
• Developed moodboards and strategies, followed by a successful pitch in NYC to get approval for the new direction.
• Took the lead on both the creative and technical sides, working closely with the agency to build a fully responsive website.
• Collaborated weekly with the agency’s representative, laying out the groundwork for a new CMS and site architecture.
• Sketched, wireframed, prototyped, and delivered a comprehensive digital experience to the technical agency from homepage through checkout for execution.
